Anson Tang has about 20 years experience in human resource, with master's degrees in innovation management from the Australian National University and in business administration from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In addition, he holds a postgraduate diploma in organization and human resources management from the University of Hong Kong. Tang also studied for a doctorate in management from the University of Montpellier, France, and completed the project "Professional Services Company Development Strategy" of Harvard Business School. Tang has written eight bestsellers in computer science and HR management, including Mission of HR and Talent Strategy of Giant.

Edward Tu is the dean and executive director of AstraZeneca University. A licensed pharmacist, Edward holds a master’s in business administration and a bachelor’s of pharmacy. He is also a national second-level psychological (NLP) consultant and NLP international executive. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 25 years and has rich experience in system management in the fields of training, learning, and talent development. Edward is a member of the expert committee of China Training magazine and was the editor-in-chief of the first edition of the whitepaper on the learning and development of talent in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, he is a committee member for the ATD China Summit, a member of the ATD International Conference & EXPO PAC, and a founding member of the ISPI Asia-Pacific Regional Committee for the International Society for Performance Improvement.

Jenny Wu Yan is the director of HR for Kohler K&B (Kitchen & Bath) China. In her current role, she supports and partners with business unit managers in K&B China in the activities of linking HR practices to the success and strength of the organization. She provides strong strategic directions and guidance in all functions and activities of the HR department in K&B China to support the continuous business growth. Jenny was previously the associate director of HR & Talent at Kohler Asia Pacific Corporate Services, where she managed Center of Excellence function of regional corporate services such as leadership development, talent management, learning and development, succession planning, performance management, key and critical position hiring, and recruiting.

Kevin Feng has a rich and profound working experience in leadership development for mid- to top leaders, organizational development, and culture and talent development. He was the former director for China’s GE Crotonville development center. Prior to that role, he worked with SOE, Philips, 3M, and GE. He started his career as a sales and marketing professional before moving into HR. His most recent role was as a senior HR leader for a Chinese company of 100 billion RMB revenue.

Kevin co-founded China CLO100 three years ago as the best learning and co-creation platform in China for learning leaders. He is an expert for China Action Learning Center. He has lectured at Shanghai Jiaotong University’s Antai Business School for five years.

Prof. Laura Shen joined Volkswagen Group (China) as Vice President in 2007 and has held different positions in the company, EVP of FAW-VW Sales Company, Managing Director of Volkswagen Import, Head of Volkswagen Academy, Head of Sales & Service Operations of Volkswagen Brand, Head of Smart City & City Partnership etc.

Before joining Volkswagen, she was Head of Sales of BMW Brilliance, Assistant President of Jiangling Motors.

She graduated from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and received her MBA from State University of New York at Buffalo, USA.

Young Ma joined Tencent Academy in 2007. He is in charge of learning and development activities for all employees, which includes establishing learning road maps for all managers and employees, designing and executing development programs for high-potential talents, and setting up and operating the online learning system. He also is responsible for company culture-building and employee relationships. Young has rich experience in the talent development industry and shares his knowledge at ATD China conferences and forums.
